Happy Monday readers! Today is super special! I finally get to show off this amazing project I have been working on the past few months. So, without further ado, I introduce to you Handpicked Handmade (check it out in the top right of the nav bar)!

Handpicked Handmade is an all new guide dedicated to bringing you the best of the best in handmade weddings. All the designers in the guide are handmade artisans who create the beautiful, must-have wedding items. One of the biggest complaints I hear from brides is that, especially with sites like Etsy, it is difficult to sort through all of the ‘stuff’ to find the amazing handmade gems. Handpicked Handmade is going to be filled with the best, reliable, and top-quality handmade designers, so you can be sure you will find that perfect something special. From the most beautiful garters made from vintage lace to tasty homemade carmel favors, this new guide is perfect for the bride who wants her wedding filled with meaningful details that her and her guests will be sure to cherish and enjoy. Items that are made with love for your day of love.

In celebration of this new guide, I’ve got a giveaway from an amazing Handpicked Handmade designer, Paloma’s Nest. You may have seen their beautiful designs around the blogosphere. Their beloved Ring Bearer Bowls are just the sweetest, and a must for the modern vintage bride. Not only are these pieces unique, but it is something you can love and use far after the ceremony.

Today I am giving away one of their lovely Original Ring Bearer Bowls, winner’s choice, up to a $50 value. (Open to US readers only)

Want to know how to win? Pop on over to Handpicked Handmade and check out all the awesome designers. (While you’re there be sure and check out their sites and like and follow them on Facebook and Twitter too!) Then come back here and comment on which designer you are most excited to see in the guide!

Get an extra entry if you share Handpicked Handmade on Facebook or Twitter. Just add another comment with a link to the share.

Giveaway is open until next Sunday the 15th at midnight eastern time. The winner will be announced that following Wednesday. Good luck to everyone! I’ve got another great giveaway coming later this week that you won’t want to miss either!

I really hope you all enjoy and get good use out of this new guide to find that perfect something special! This was a real labor of love for me and supporting great handmade designers has become a passion of mine. I know you all will fall in love with these designers as much as I have! Be sure to check back in on Handpicked Handmade regularly, as I hope to add more fabulous designers to share with you! I also have to give a huge shout out and hugs to Carolynn from Two Brunettes for the gorgeous design of the site, and to Otis from Example 7 for making it come to life! They really are the dream team!

leave some love

I am so so very happy for you Meaghan and so excited for you, too. You are so right, going through Etsy is a never ending cycle. As much as I love referring brides to Etsy, there is so much to choose from. I'm so happy to refer them to your Handpicked Handmade! Awesome idea from and awesome business woman! XO
