Dreamy Wedding at Rhode Island’s Glen Manor House

Dreamy gardens and chateau-inspired architecture defined Ashley and Matt’s wedding at the Glen Manor House in Rhode Island, captured by Vanessa Falcone Photography. Nestled on the banks of the Sakonnet River, the estate offered a private dock for sunset photos, grand ballroom spaces inside the mansion, and the iconic red-carpeted spiral staircase. Ashley embraced a muted palette of creams and ivories, drawn to clean, timeless elegance. Her favorite details included striking, sophisticated signage, from a mirrored seating chart to elevated paper goods throughout. Richly embroidered linens draped the dining space from ceiling to floor, adding texture and warmth to the celebration.

Beams of sunlight illuminated the ceremony, where their two dogs were walked down the aisle in a faux-tux harness and a floral wreath. The altar, framed by trees and softened by views of the water, created a serene, intimate moment. Ashley wore a textured Martina Liana gown with soft floral jacquard, accompanied by her bridesmaids in butter-yellow satin gowns. As evening fell, Ashley changed into her sparkliest second look, and Matt donned his white cowboy hat — just in time for the cake cutting and dance party that carried their celebration late into the night.
