Is there anything sweeter than getting married and then celebrating your anniversary 50 years later at the same place? This dreamy shoot from Kristen Weaver Photography brings this concept to life with chic style, lush greenery, and the cutest set of couples for the then and now!
This styled shoot titled For EverGreen, took place in the Mayan Courtyard at the Maitland Art Center. We envisioned an elegant, eco-friendly, romantic and fun styled shoot. The concept consisted of a couple getting married on Earth Day then celebrating their love 50 years later in the same location. Some of the highlights of the shoot included love notes that were written each decade of their marriage and the lush floral that sprouted from the ceremonial arches and hanging lights. For the bride we wanted a very magical, flowy beautiful dress that complimented her in every way. We decided to go with a retro bouffant hairstyle and heavy cat winged eyeliner.
