Romantic and Sweet Purple Garden Wedding

There’s nothing more romantic than a garden wedding and today’s captured by XO and Fetti Photography is an absolute dream! Their color palette was a perfectly sweet combination of soft purples, blushes, and creams. The ceremony was utterly magical, with greenery and blooms suspended across the aisle along with twinkle lights for a fairytale entrance.

Purple has always been my favorite color, and Enmanuel has always looked great in a blue suit, so we went with those colors. Since the venue had so much greenery, we wanted to keep the color touches small with a lot of ivory and small purple and navy blue inclusions.

It was a rollercoaster in picking my gown, but ultimately I am so happy with it! Being a Covid Bride and picking out my gown over 2 years before the big day was hard, but I am happy that I was even more in love with it when it came time for the big day! The train was my favorite.

Harley Botanica was breathtaking! We fell in love immediately when we walked through the grounds, but what really sold us was the ceremony space. I had never seen such a beautiful and unique aisle, and I knew it would be perfect! I also love how the venue was initially built for the owner’s daughter’s wedding.

Jayden at Vibe Florals made our flowers more than I could even dream of! We sent Jayden the color of the bridesmaid dresses, and she knew exactly what to do! Honestly, in every photo, I can’t get over how beautiful the bouquets were. She also did so amazing with hanging flowers and greenery in the ceremony area. It really made the aisle look dreamy.

My favorite moment was right after the ceremony. Walking up the aisle with my husband and celebrating our wedding party and parents in Hartley’s secret garden! I was so joyful and so excited to now be a Mrs. and celebrating with our people.

Our champagne wall was the best DIY we created. I had a vision, and my family was very unsure about it, but my now husband and Dad decided to work together to make my dream a reality. It took many hours in my parent’s garage of their trial and erroring the sign, creating drawings, and then officially building! Painting the wall was also really fun, and overall so wonderful to see the two most important men in my life come together for a project!

Our best advice is to just enjoy the planning process from beginning to end, even the stressful times, because planning is what will take up more of your time than the actual day. Make the planning fun, create a list of items that you want to include family and friends help, and items you and your future husband or wife want to do together. But yes, enjoy it because it goes fast! Even if you had to postpone.
