A Black and Cream Seaside Wedding

Black and cream is such a classic and chic combination. I absolutely love it in today’s Jacksonville wedding! With a beautiful location, adorable couple, and elegant details, it’s one you won’t want to miss. I am obsessed with the bride’s gown! So perfect for a garden wedding!

The gorgeous bride shares:

We decided on a outdoor wedding with a garden, romantic feel that was relaxing and easy going. We walked up to Epping forest and fell in love. Marc’s words were ” wow baby, I can see us getting married here!” I was ready to sign the papers, “where’s the pen?”

It was 100 degrees that day so we had to buy fans for our guests that morning! I walked down the isle with my dad in an all lace dress and couldnt be happier! We announced that we are hunsband and wife and had our first kiss. Then the croud told us we forgot the rings!!! Well, we exchanged the rings and then kissed again! And finally were announced again as husband and wife!

We choose simple elegance with black and cream as our colors and had small square vases for center pieces with hydranga’s with black ribbon. We were able to get ready there and Epping Forest was more then prepared for everything that day. It was important to us to have a romantic feeling while having a fun reception! We wanted our guests to be wowed by the place as they enjoyed celebrating with us. We wanted our guests to dance and enjoy the night. I think the most important touches for us would be having a good atmosphere, music and food. I knew the rest would fall into place! They had a nice room set up for the girls to get ready in with cold drinks. They also brought us wine to calm my nerves a bit after the first touch pictures! That is when it all hit me that I was about to marry the man of my dreams! It was all coming together!

The ceremony was beautiful. We had lights hanging over the dance floor and outside patio. The food was wonderful and beautifully prepared. The staff at Epping was very accommating for guests of all ages and with wheel chairs. We had a dancing croud and the music was great for all types of guests to enjoy! The night went extreamely fast but amazing experience and moment for my husband and I. Epping even packed us goodie boxes for the night with a bottle of champagne to take with us.
