Wine Country Shoot Inspired by the Change of the Seasons

Inspired by the change of seasons, this floral-forward shoot, captured by Alicia Parks Photography, was developed around a color palette of pinks and purples that can brighten up any spring, summer, or fall wedding. The creative team followed two themes for guidance: “Seasons of Love” and “Love in Full Bloom.” In true garden party fashion, the ceremony pergola was adorned with whimsical florals, including delicate pink garden roses, vibrant purple delphiniums, and lush greenery — the perfect complement to the bride’s bouquet, which used varying heights and textures to add depth and visual interest.

Splashy pink and purple flowers burst from the guest table, making the space feel like an enchanting garden in full bloom. For a minimalist design, the tablescape featured a dusty rose runner lining a light wood farm table with cane back chairs. Dove grey chargers and vintage floral china brought a softness that counterbalanced the rich texture of the gray velvet napkins. Nearby, a simple, sophisticated three-tiered cake sat atop a wood pedestal. Instead of adding flowers to the cake, the design team surrounded it with vibrant circles of blooms to mirror the florals seen throughout the wedding. By integrating natural elements and contemporary styling, this styled shoot perfectly encapsulates the charm and elegance of a modern garden wedding — no matter the season!
