Cottagecore fans: this one’s for you! With rustic charm and vintage vibes, this cottagecore wedding inspiration shoot is sure to please! From the pastel color palette to the dried flower cookies, this is sure have you imagining you’re inside of an Anne of Green Gables book.
‘Cottagecore’ was what the design was based off of. With elopements and micro weddings on the rise due to the pandemic, we wanted to do an elopement-inspired shoot. Cottagecore is imagining a farm on the country-side, filled with animals, wildflowers, gardening, vintage details like lace, and flowy dresses. The story idea behind this shoot was that the groom is busy tending to their farm while the bride prepares all the special details of their elopement at their greenhouse and pastures. The simple, but romantically beautiful, ceremony and dinner site included organic styled wildflowers and handmade touches such as pressed floral cookies. The hope was to transport the viewer to imagining they are in a whimsical novel and watching their love story unfold.
