Is there anything sweeter than a poolside backyard wedding? If you love neutrals and greenery, you will fall hard for this intimate wedding from Jessica Lynn Tucker Photography! I absolutely love the wreath place cards and the monogramed napkins!
We loved the idea of having a simple and intimate no fuss backyard family wedding but we still wanted it to feel elegant and chic. Since I didn’t need a wedding planner for only 25 family members, my mom and I set to work pinteresting ideas we could incorporate from vintage dessert plates and rosemary wreath place cards to old family wedding photos and the idea to use a lemon tree as our alternate to a “unity candle” ceremony.
It was most important for us to keep it simple! We had family only at our ceremony and really wanted to tailor our wedding to them and make it special for everyone.
I definitely wanted lots of fresh greenery to incorporate the outdoor backyard theme.
We made the place cards at each setting (rosemary wreaths)- thank you pinterest! ha! Also, my mom and I made the heart- shaped blueberry pies. Delicious! Our dads hung the outdoor string lights and my husband’s brother put together a wedding music mix for dinner reception.
We included a family wedding photo table which had photos of our parents, grandparents, and great- grandparents at their weddings.
We loved the entire family’s involvement in making it so special, the ceremony itself, and the floral arrangements from Ever Something- perfection!
