I just love the soft color palette of today’s intimate mansion wedding from Amy Caroline Photography. The bridesmaid dresses are the prettiest pale blue that would be great for any season.
James and I chose a historical, beautiful venue, with a lot of character and history to it. Our wedding style was very classic. We had navy suits with pale blue bridesmaid dresses. Our florals were soft pastel blues, pinks, peaches and creams and we had a number of gold and mercury accents.
The diamond on my engagement ring belonged to James’ grandmother.
Our favorite parts of the day were the first look, where we were able to simply relax and enjoy being together, the ceremony, where we exchanged the vows we had written together, and the reception, where we were able to spend time with friends and dance the night away.
The most important aspect of the wedding for James and myself was to have as many of our family and friends from across the world as possible. We had family and friends fly in from South Africa, England, Rwanda, California, Maine, Texas and Tennessee.
