Filled to the brim with unique DIY details, this wedding from Karen Ann Photography is a rustic lover’s dream! This couple kept to a neutral color palette with pops of purple for some added whimsy. I’m completely obsessed with the bride’s trailing fern bouquet! And how cute is that activity spin wheel the bride’s father made? Such a fun idea to keep guests entertained!
We knew we wanted something different and unique and I think we for sure pulled that off! The ceremony location we chose led our guests through a little path through the woods to the clearing where we held the big show. It was amazing and everything we ever wanted!
My dress had a patch from grandfather that passed away. We included a lot of antiques from my family and Quin and I’s collection!
It was most important for us to make it about us and to make sure we were happy and having fun!
I have been collecting mason jars since I was a kid, all jars were from my personal collection! I always wanted a mason jar and antique wedding, which we were definitely lucky to pull off. I am very crafty and Quin is very thoughtful, so we were able to make all of our own decorations.
We DIY’d pretty much everything! We made our own programs, invitations, decorations, centerpieces, just about everything! My dad, Todd, helped with all of our larger wood projects.
We were in love with how beautiful the venue was, I wish I could live there! The best part of the whole day was how amazing my wedding party was with all of their help and love and how much fun Quin and I had together!
