Pink and mint has been such a popular color combination this year, and no wonder, because it looks so fab! This fun Miami wedding from Captured Photography by Jenny is such a great example. I’m especially obsessed with the blush peony and succulent bouquet! It’s a perfect blend of modern and romance, just like the whole wedding.
Jorge and I met in 2009 and it was pretty clear from the beginning that we were meant to grow old together. When he asked me to marry him, I, as well as our friends and family were over the moon. We started looking at venues and decided to do something a little different. We fell in love with the modern architecture, floor to ceiling windows, and water views of the Palmetto Bay Village Center in Miami.
I highly suggest a wedding planner or wedding coordinator for the day of… it really makes a big difference and I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without mine, Michelle Sarason. And lastly, the stunning photos by Captured by Jenny, who I had my heart set on working with since the second I got engaged.
The wonderful event planning team were a big help. We really wanted to make our wedding a direct reflection of our personalities and most of all, fun! We had a candy bar and a photo booth which our guests loved. It really fun to look back on all the silly photo booth pictures. The food was done by Victor from AmeriCaters which was simply wonderful and got rave reviews from our guests. Our delicious red velvet cake was custom ordered from the Publix bakery.
All in all, it was an amazing, fun and love filled day with all of our friends and family. Many months later, my husband and I still stop and think about what a great time we had and how much we enjoyed ourselves… which is really the most important part!
