If you are ready for spring and all the bright colors it brings, you are going to love today’s wedding! Pink and gray is such a fab color combo and it has never looked so good as in this coastal Virginia wedding! I am obsessed with the driftwood centerpieces! And the corn-hole boards? Adorable. They even had a paper lantern send off. Pretty much perfect, right?
The beautiful bride Chelsea shares:
We got engaged in the small seaside town of Beaufort, South Carolina. That became the inspiration for our “southern coastal rustic elegance” theme. We love good food, yard games, great live music, laughter and fun.
We had a variety of activities, from the s’mores around the fire pit, to setting up cornhole games. We just wanted our guests to have a great night celebrating with us no matter if they enjoy getting out on the dance floor or sitting on the dock with a glass of wine while looking at the stars. I think we achieved that.
My advice for other brides is to really look at yourself and your fiancé and who you both are. This is your day and it should be a complete reflection of you as individuals and as a couple. Then on the day of, stop and take a step back to look around. All your favorite people will be together to celebrate you and your love. There are few better feelings in your life than that moment.
