Today’s wedding is bright, fun, and filled with elegance! The details are completely fabulous and the bride and her planners did an excellent job of blending the fresh outdoors with glamour and style. Holly, the bride, shares some details:
There is nothing in the world that can surpass the beauty of the outdoors. So when it came to planning our dream wedding, we knew that we wanted our ceremony and reception to take place in a natural setting. We had an elegant, yet simple ceremony held in a grass cove; other than the simplicity of rose petals, we used the natural setting as our décor. Our reception tents were centered around a one hundred year old oak tree, which truly made a remarkable impact.
To create a fun and modern atmosphere that reflected our personalities, we chose earth tone colors with gold and silver metallics. Instead of traditional centerpieces, we used glass cylinders filled with orchid stocks and apples. We had lounges for guests to rest their feet after dancing under the stars, and our guests were treated with a candy bar filled with our favorite sweets.
