Today’s inspiration board is a little different. I decided to create a wedding inspired by Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring painting. I have always loved 17th century Dutch painting, I actually did my final project at school inspired by it. When I spotted this stunning cake on Martha Stewart, I realized a Vermeer inspired wedding was entirely possible. Rich, romantic, with hints of glamour, this board is like a dream!
