From Jerrye Gordon Events: With this styled shoot we wanted to create a late summer feel with colors and textures that were right on the cusp of feeling like fall. I like to find the pretty in what is sometimes considered ugly…so for this it was mushrooms. I wanted to create a woodland concept that mixed well with feminine colors and elements and had an overall romantic feel. We kept things simple, but lush with velvet linens and an all lace gown. For the table we started with a tan velvet linen and kept the china simple. The flatware was antique gold and wood. We added details of books and cloches to create a runner on either side of the arrangement. Wooden candlesticks were added for height and romantic lighting.
