Get ready for fun coastal vibes with this lakeside wedding inspiration from Aspen Jean Planning! Captured by Michelle Joy Photography, this shoot blends eclectic chinoiserie printed china and potted plants with airy florals for a unique look. This vibe is perfect for a summer wedding, with Pantone’s color of the year, Classic Blue, looking oh so chic!
Our design inspiration was to merge the east coast look with the midwest setting. “And the two shall become one..”, was the inspiration for our concept. The setting of Crimson Lane is the epitome of the midwest, surrounded by rolling fields and abundant nature, yet this venue complimented the east coast vibes tastefully. We chose to incorporate multiple textures but still having minimal colors within our blue hues. The light colors and airy florals were the perfect palate for our couple, a midwest gal and her east coast lad. We aimed to recreate the feeling of the movie “The Notebook” which is why we chose to do sunset rowboat pictures.
