Next Stop: Staunton Station. This inspired wedding photoshoot tells the story of a local socialite bride, the daughter of a prominent business man, and her fiancé, a local Artisan Metal fabricator. While the couple’s alliance is not popular among her family, their love story is one of romance, risk taking, cultural appreciation and travel. They know that together they will enjoy a romantic and adventurous future together. The venue, Stelle Rose at Staunton Station, is the original passenger station and has been beautifully restored. In the past, it was converted to a popular local restaurant featuring a soda fountain and now is seeing new life as an event space. Situated along cobblestone streets in the historic Wharf district of Staunton, it is the perfect setting for a romantic nuptial any season. The light fixtures in the main hall harken to a bygone era. It features beautiful tiled floors and a full wall of windows overlooking the still active train tracks.
