There is almost too much to love in today’s handmade wedding from V.A. Photography! The gown is stunning, her hairpiece is beyond gorgeous (it was handmade by her sister!), and the love and happiness that emanates from the images is contagious! The most unique detail? The ring bearer’s twig ring ‘pillow’. Such a different idea that is perfect for a rustic wedding (and super cheap too!)
When we were planning our wedding, we wanted something different…. something that was us! And we wanted to make sure our guests were happy since we were going to have a good amount!
Our flowers were ordered wholesale, and my bridesmaid Brande helped put them all together. I was looking for a free look, like we picked them out of a garden. My most favorite detail was my headpiece that my sister made! I think thats what pulled my look all together!
My most favorite part of our wedding was the look on Dallas’ face when I walked down the aisle. There was no nervous feelings, just love radiating from the inside out! His favorite part was marrying me :)… yes we are cheesy!
Details were the most important since thats what shows who we are. Table settings consisted of light tie dye mint green cloth, wood slab that Dallas cut himself, the mason jars with flowers and a garden lantern. Boutonnieres were made to fit the guys ( no man really wants to wear a flower)! They were made with an antique elk antler, sticks, and vintage leather and lace.
