There is something about the holidays that make weddings around this time of year so magical. I fell for this glam winter wedding captured by Someplace Wild. With ornament escort cards, a snowflake cake, and the bride’s contagious smile, it will be hard for you not to fall in love too!
We really wanted our wedding to reflect us! The first thing we decided on was our wedding date. We both love Christmas time for its importance and beauty and knew we wanted to get married in December. We based our colors off the holidays and wanted to have a timeless, classic feel.
The most important thing to us was to not getting too carried away with the planning process! We wanted to focus on our marriage to come.
I think the moment that we cherish the most was right after the ceremony, we were able to escape for some drinks and h’orderves, just the two of us. We got to reflect on the ceremony that just took place and have that quality time together before we entered the party!
We made mercury glass ornaments for the name tags and as souvenirs for our guests.
There were so many great memories from our wedding day, from spending time with our family and friends to dancing the night away!
